Community Housing Clients Overview

In 2004 the Community Housing External Appeals System became mandatory for all NSW community housing providers that offer long term leases to clients under NSW residential tenancies legislation.


The process of appealing to the Housing Appeals Committee (HAC) is the same for clients of community housing providers and clients of the Housing NSW.
