What we do

We review the decision made by the Housing Provider, after an internal review has been completed, and determine whether the decision was fair, correct and within policy. The Committee can make recommendations that the Housing Provider change or review a decision or the Committee may agree with the Housing Providers decision.

The Committee also provides regular feedback to the Minister for Housing and the public and community (social) housing sectors on policy and procedural issues in an aim to promote the highest standards of decision making by social housing providers in NSW.
